Yeah, I think Cute Charm might actually be the better ability. It's not great, because it only has a 30% chance of working (and only then if hit by a contact move (and if the opponent is the opposite gender)), but there don't seem to be any good Normal-type moves that would benefit from Pixilate here. Except maybe Quick Attack, come to think of it.
I guess another question is: does anyone have ideas for an EV spread? I think I'll max out special attack, but should the rest go into HP or Speed?
