>>42507576It's a shame because Alola is a really nice region. I like the cute little sidequests as well.
It's just bogged down by excessive handholding, way too fucking many tutorials for every single little thing, a godawful story (USUM especially so) and constant interruptions. I just wish they'd let me enjoy the region instead of constantly forcing me along to the next map marker for another goddamn cutscene.
I'm also somehow overlevelled despite running from every single wild battle
