First, look at the comparison picture here

Then look at the pictures I have here. They're both taken from Serebii, and the top picture is the original Froakie image. The bottom image shows that all bubbles in the Pokemon Amie have glare spots on their top right in the same spot.
So it's either that they decided to distribute the screen shot flipped for some reason, or that it was flipped to make it's editting more discrete.
