>>38595892Trash. Writing was garbage and the pacing was ridiculous. Everything happened because the plot required it, no real detective work, just coincidences and everything dumped into the protags laps. The villain's decisions made no sense, especially given that he was supposed to have been planning this all out for nigh on 40 years. Why didn't he have a place to safely store his human body if it was that easy to break the neural link? Why did he do it in front of the one man who would be out to stop him at all costs? Why did he hover there, literally a foot from the one man who could stop his plan screaming like a retard at his ditto to do something when he could have killed Tim himself a million times over?
That final line Mewtwo delivered was the worst bit of script writing I've heard in quite some time, and it made me just roar laughing with how badly it was delivered too.
"Humans are evil... But not all humans are bad."
Sounds like a first fucking draft, sounds like something straight out of a blooper reel. I was honestly expecting the film to just flat out break the fourth wall at that part, have the camera pan out on a film set with everyone and the CGI pokemon laughing and preparing for another take, then roll to credits. Nothing else in the film even made me chuckle but that killed me. Worst script I've heard in years.
