Okay I tried to base something off of the proposed design for the evo but then my entire mind shut off. That and I can't draw.
So I traced over the thing and made a proposed color scheme. I'm proposing that it's like a hairy Kyurem-B while less detailed, it's got sort of a mane going on, it has the tail and feet of
>>22466863, its wings are more bat/dragon-like while still purple from Ninoop, it's a darker shade of brown in general, and I wanted a slightly more draconic-looking head. The head retains Ninoop's giant ears, but they're more streamlined from evolution. I can't draw dragon heads, so someone help me out.
