I dare you to explain the viability of this legendary. He wasn’t easy to get in DP so you would have thought the journey would be worth the reward. But nope, his ability is more of a disability. Has anyone ever been able to effectively even use Regigigas in competitive VGC or even win a Smogon battle with it? It’s not as if his stats are even broken to begin with.
