The only thing I can really do is try to keep her alive by taking out the major threats and focusing on trying to finish one side off.
I manage to take down half our enemy's teams by the time I'm left to deal with the whole fight alone. There's no option to just send out your Pokemon in her place. Did I mention we're fighting on yet another bullshit field? Everything grounded takes fire-typed stealth rock damage every turn, but I take advantage of the field by using surf to lower accuracy of both sides as much as possible to buy time for Clefable to setup. The heat makes surf steam up, it seems.
