Explorers(not Sky) - Same thing as Rescue Team, I think. The shops sell gummis, so buy them when you can.
Explorers of Sky - Did you know that grab bags have different pools for each dungeon? Well, it just so happens that the pool in Shaymin Village(I forget the name of the dungeon) is incredibly good, to the point of being broken. There are a ton of stat ups and gummis there.
Bring a ton of Poke(steal from shops to get more than you'll ever need), and hunt for a secret bazaar in Shaymin Village. Then, repeatedly buy grab bags from the secret bazaar. Don't bother bringing the gummis back to Spinda's cafe, just eat them on the spot.
