Not sure about Fast Ball yet. I wanted a Fast Ball HA Pikachu, but the new balltism breeding mechanics allow for a male Fast Ball Pikachu from Bank to pass down its ball to a non-Fast Ball HAF, so it's not necessary to catch a HAF in a Fast Ball.
