There being fuck-all to do in this one city you can't leave, I go to Silph Co.
Talking to the guard gives you a choice of options. You can bribe him (give him all your Rare Candies and he leaves), trick him (tell him your mom wants to see him and he leaves), intimidate him (he battles you and has a Lv. 100 Arcanine that OHKOs you), or show him your badge to have him step to the side.
If you keep showing him your badge he'll keep walking to the left, clipping through the sign and fence.
Silph Co. is apparently closed for "water leaks, illegal practice and Pokemon Experamentation." Inside the building the "elveator" isn't working and there's water everywhere.

That's part of why I try to play really shitty hacks, it's entertaining just hearing about how awful they are so my humor deficiency can be supplemented
Maybe I should just stop since I lack charm, I'm mainly doing it to keep the thread bumped nowadays since it's getting hard to find legendarily bad hacks like Ruby Destiny
