How do I apply hacks to ROMs on my 3DS? I am playing Pokémon Emerald on my 3DS, and I put the code.ips file for the patch I want to use in the luma/titles/[title ID] folder and turned on Game Patching from the Luma menu, but it is still not working. Can you simply not patch GBA games on the 3DS, or have I missed something here?
