i think kabutops is in dire need of a signature move. it's moveset is actually really weak, and a lot of the pokedex entries mention that it cuts open it's opponents and drinks their fluids, so i figure some sort of drain ability would be good. the problem i see is that trying to fit a move where it slashes someone open and drinks their blood into either a rock or water type. it seems more fitting for either bug, or dark. anyways i'll give it a shot. if you have any better ideas go for it.
