Fuck this was absolutely grueling, do not recommend randomized nuzlockes at all, especially not with randomized stats.
Ruleset was: first pokemon on each route only, set mode, randomized stats, items, pokemon, and abilities, can't use legendary pokemon, shiny and duplicate clause, items allowed (playing completely randomized without items is probably impossible, which isn't ideal, but I avoided cheesing items so it's ok ig).
There were so many losses and wipes, my starter was Nidochad, who had great attack and the speedboost ability, but his awful defense made him die on the first gym. Arnold was the first mon caught and he is the only one of the early boys who made it to the end.
Lagrange the plusle and Barry the durant singlehandedly carried the first half of them game together with Sausage the furret and Spaghetti the tangrowth as support units, yet all 4 died to rogue crits at full or near full HP.
Had to spend a lot of time grinding up a new team, and a few new stars arose, namely Binky the gorebyss, Burple the gengar, and Swampass the marshtomp (later swampert). Burple was a special sweeper and Swampass a physical powerhouse, with Binky being the bulkiest fucker alive, yet all of them were brutally murdered by the rival, Fagguto, at the end of victory road.
Juan Jose was already on the team, but I hadn't noticed that he had huge power, making is 99phys atk much more useful than his 120 special, and he rose to prominence on the new team along with the glass cannon Pants and Dankeykang (who needs truant anyway)
Pants singlehandedly swept the normal e4, and the Juan Jose/Pants + switch into the meatshield Arnold tactic cleared the other three without any problem, we were enroute to a clean sweep.
Then the champion battle came, a ghost team. Frosty and DankeyKang had to be sacked against a massively bulky Giratina, Arnold barely survived. A spiritomb pulled of a nasty plot and would have wiped if it werent for focussash Ringworm.
Nidochad would be proud
