i have perfect iv:
altaria, lanturn, shadow swampert, shadow dragonite, shadow scissor, politoad, mew, scarmory, noctowl, umbreon, shadow alolan sandslash, alolan ninetales, shadow kanto ninetales, venusaur, dunsparce, vigiroth

im around 2300 now
but i still lose to hard counters often
am i doing something wrong?
