Finished my first week at Amber Canyon at Master 3, pretty good considering 0% area bonus and a level 50 Butterfree carrying the team.
All I cooked the entire week were dizzy punch coffee curries, since the combination of Butterfree and Meganium (honey), Vikavolt (coffee), and Dragonite (herbs) made it convenient.

It's something I might consider if I happened to get an absolutely perfect mono-egg Happiny. but otherwise it's more important to get viable mono ingredient farmers established asap.
2000 hours for an egg farmer is insane, that'd been about 235-250 days for a fringe increase with an inventory penalty.
Honestly, probably would just go with the Blissey after all. Blissey is lovely anyway.
