It is an anime that stars those three pokemon under ownership of a trainer. That trainer is one of the best trainers of all time, however it focuses more on the pokemon themselves. The show allows them to speak in english for the audience while the Typical "Humans cannot communicate with them happens. Empoleon is a lazy Pokemon who can take a beating while dishing out pretty good damage. Sceptile is a pokemon that plays the guitar/electric guitar and knows every rock song ever (and how to play it). Garchomp is a hardass woman similar to "Tex" from Red Vs. Blue.
