>>25089073I like using her when I can. The biggest issue with using Jynx is that it's difficult to find her and use her without hacking her in early. She's usually put behind a trade barrier or is fairly late game. The best places to use her would be Gold/Silver or its remakes. I'd recommend getting a Jynx, and then breeding it for a Smoochum. You get Smoochum so you can get Psychic on it without wasting a TM. Aside from that, just get it Ice Beam or an Ice Move of your choice depending on the Gen, and you should have things fairly set. Just be careful of its low defense and mediocre HP and you'll have a decent Pokemon that hits hard enough to pull its weight with an ok selection of moves.
