Making a lot of progress on my hack. Fucking infuriated by the fact editing the a/0/8/3 GARC on consoles crashes the game still. Managing to get a lot of stuff done despite that. Right now Im working on getting all my BST, learn-set and item re-balances to work. Starters are already replaced. Instead of choosing a species, you get a Tyrogue with an elemental move, a specific nature and Protective Pads. And now that Iron Fist now affects kick moves, (its also been renamed Martial Artist) the Hitmons are going to be an interesting starter choice. Tyrogue's BST has also been raised to compensate. There's so much I've done its hard to list it all. I've added about 30 new regional forms, 20 new moves, added some pseudo-side quests, and so much more. I'll drop more info eventually.
