First and foremost FUCK Gastly. Where do I even start?
I walk into the Ecruteak Gym and lead with Boo so I can gain some easy levels. Blow past the trainers.
Now onto Morty. We both send out our Gastly. He lands a paralyze through Lick, and Boo kept getting fully paralyzed. Not wanting to waste any more Super Potions I hard switch into Ritz. He used Lick as I suspected. I went to heal Boo and this bitch used Mean Look.
Okay let's back-track. Ritz in my Gold run had Dig and fucked up Morty in the run. She was great. Presently, and for some reason, I thought she had Dig in this run, but quickly realized I taught Dig to Axol for the STAB. So I couldn't hit him.
Then he used Curse. I wasted a lot of Super Potions to keep her alive and think of any other ways to save her. Morty ran out of Curses and started using Spite.
I CAN STRUGGLE KILL THE GASTLY
I waste all of my Super Potions, and I kid you not, only had 2 Quick Attacks left thanks to Spite.
She died.
Axol came in, got PARA Lick'd, and then finally took it out with Dig
Haunter came out and Curse immediately, but I took it out with a Dig. Another Haunter came out, got fully paralyzed and got hit, used Dig and got fully paralyzed AGAIN Haunter used Night Shade and combo'd me with the Curse affliction.
Axol died.
Seba came out and I used Rock Throw. Haunter used Mimic and now has Rock Throw. Seba dies to Night Shade.
I like to point out, I have no more healing items.
Can't send out Daikon or Count (due to Rock Throw), so I go out into Boo to finish off the Gastly (I was faster)
Gengar comes out. Swap to Count and get hit with Shadow Ball. I Supersonic and Bite the fucker until it died.
That is how I got the Fog Badge.
