Heal Pulse, Hypnosis, Life Dew (or Heal Bell), Teleport - the fact that they can speak English at all. Those capabilities alone would make them an invaluable member on nearly any team or just in life.
But more importantly- your worth/value is not dictated by your job or whatever- its determined by what YOU deem important and what YOU deem valuable. So if they know what they value then we work on helping them with that, if they don't then we work in finding it!
