But Mega-wise Medicham blows Gallade out of the water since it still keeps its Pure Power ability which doubles its 100 Att to 200, which obliterates M.Gallade's 165. It's still a glass cannon but it's a glass cannon that hurts really badly
Really what hurts Gallade the worst is its terrible abilities. Yes it can learn every TM under the sun but Steadfast, Jstified, and Inner Focus just suck. Especially since it's defece isn't that great so it can't even take advantage of that speed boost or attack boost if it gets stun-locked or OHKO
Meanwhile Medicham's Pure Power is its staple and the better ability overall, making its low attack stat not that bad since it's actually double that
But at the end of the day, going for a Gard is your best bet since Gard's most known move Shadow Ball is just a TM while Medicham is mostly known for Psycho Cut and Bullet Punch, which you have to breed
So you can either breed for the perfect waifu, or get the perfect waifu
