>>22579085ChestoRest was really popular back in Gen 5 and it's decent still. Personally I like using a Specs set since Hydro Pump/Scald/Surf + Drizzle pretty much eliminates the need to predict since Hydro Pump/Scald/Surf still does neutral damage to x2 resisted hits. Sucks Drizzle is banned in lower tier play. ;_;
