you're right, there's little need to change the script, but there is even less need to replace the music. as in there is none. it's purely financial, because they're too cheap to license the OST, and get royalties when other dubs use their soundtrack, like the spanish one.
the bad dialogue might kill some of the dialogue scenes, but the bad music kills all the scenes, especially the battles.
