I had a thought of instead a diaper, give him a shirt/tabard thing that went down past his groin (like pic related). As it not only looks better In my opinon, but it gives another nod to the Gardeviour line having "clothing," and it gives him a bit more of a warrior-like feeling.
This could all be coming out of my ass, but that's my two cents.
