For me, it's Eternatus. It gives me huge doomsday level threat vibes.
I didn't play the game, mostly stuck to battle sim, so I don't really have much to add, but I still think Eternatus looks cool. I've also seen the animations for its signature moves and I think they're pretty cool. I like big lasers.
