What do you even think that means? They'd emulate the Switch games (completely unoptimized for PC architecture), but somehow in your brain, you think it'd run faster?
The more likely conclusion is that the Switch was outputted into an external window on a PC, and that footage was recorded with some kind of screen recorder.
