>>41257495Right, using a specifically unflattering screen shot of a notreallyregulargreninjabtw and more opinions/evidence lacking statements is not MUH FEELS at all whatsoever.
>>41257259>A once serious rival to Pokemon is now not even close to being on the on lists of the top 25 highest selling franchises of all time while Pokemon completely dominates the list. It may as well be fucking dead in comparison if we're gonna be serious here, its a joke to Pokemon now.
>>41257589That's retarded there are MANY things that have been the "first" in practically any business or genre or anything that have just died eventually, staying alive, massive and stabilizing is NOT a coincidence. Yokai Watch was completely carried by the crutch that was the use of Yokais in Japan, outside of it its popularity PALED in comparison to Japan. Blaming the audience for the failure of a franchise to capture their interest is about the most retarded thing I could possibly imagine, ADAPT OR DIE its as simple as that.
>Other Monster Collection series fail because Pokemon has a strangleholdMost ridiculous shit I've ever heard, people are fucking DYING for more monster collecting games are you kidding me? If that shit were true, Yokai watch would have never blown up the way it did in the first place, they just died because at the end of the day their designs had no substance and they FAILED to adapt. Pokemon had a significantly longer time to adapt than Yokai did and it made full of use of that where it ACTUALLY mattered the most, which is the monster designs. As soon as people got bored of Yokai's in Japan, they're crutch couldn't save them anymore and now they're slowly dying a miserable death.
