SauceNAO has a (paid) advanced feature called the info lookup, which gives you the Pixiv username and indexed data related to your search. By using your image, I was able to take a look at the artist's gallery (only the thumbnails though...).
To quote the feature description: "Please note however that due to financial and storage constraints we are only able to make thumbnail images available at this time. Your continued support will help us overcome these limitations, and hopefully allow us to make more available in the future." So we may be able to retrieve the original file in the future!
