>>54496449>the second SWSH DLC didnt have anything particularly higher than the first SWSH DLC. Im pretty sure Mustard still has the best team in the entire SWSH DLC 1+2. Same here>>If you want crazy high level and optimized teams then pray for another ILCA remakeYou're leaving out that IoA didn't have ANY normal trainers and that CT outright lacked any normal trainer battles at all outside of 1 at the start and another optional one after you were done with anything. This is main reason why people are saying that (x Teal Mask battle) was actually decently challenging, seeing the normal trainers alongside the story missions encouraged people to ditch their level 80-100 base game party members for the time being and use stuff caught in Kitakami.
Using that using that as a metric, the knowledge that ID will also have regular trainers, and the fact that it is REQUIRED that you beat both the main game and Teal Mask to enter Blueberry Academy, then it's very easy to surmise that it'll be a flat level curve continuing off of the strongest trainer in the last game (at least for the "big challenge" fights).
There's a reason the DLC is being treated as one entity being split into two releases (Hidden Treasure of Area Zero Part 1 and Part 2) as opposed to IoA and CT being considered largely self-contained experience that focused on tenants of the franchise (IoA was battling, CT was exploration and catching). You need to think of them as one long post-game episode.
