Alright, let's do this shit.
Telepathy -> Group Learning (new Ability): All allies get a 1 stage boost to the user's highest stat. In exchange, the user gets a 1 stage boost corresponding to its ally's highest stat. This Ability activates whenever the user or its ally is switched in or out: switch out a Steelix for Oranguru in a Single battle and Oranguru gains +1 Defense, for example, while switching the other way around will usually give Steelix +1 Special Defense. If both are on the field at the same time, both boosts apply at the same time, and switching Steelix out for, say, Ninjask will give Oranguru +1 Speed in addition to the +1 Defense it received from Steelix, but Ninjask will only get +1 Special Defense from Oranguru.
New move: Master Command (Psychic, Status, 5 PP) -- +1 priority, commands the target to attack the user with the least effective move known. Fails if the target wasn't commanded to use a damaging move this turn, or if the target acts before the user.
Oranguru now learns Slack Off and Thunder Wave
Tried to keep to Oranguru's supportive role, lore about commanding other Pokemon, and an IRL Orangutan's ability to teach others.
