Personally, his whole throwing gig is alright and could become creative if capitalized.I think any progression shares that are going to be dumped into Roy in a fifth chapter would be primarily for the grindset for either a Friede Battoru (Assuming nothing long-term bad happens to him in the upcoming confrontation) or for another Fug battoru on his own terms.
The latter part might get some remedy by new party additions
