>>39969153I know how it feels bro. Even as someone who enjoyed XY, ORAS, SM, and USUM, I can't support Sword or Shield. The previous games have been rough around the edges, but at least the core was always there; maintaining a collection of personal monsters you have a personal bond with. With the culling, I can't even say that anymore. Then Game Freak has the gall to try and pass off their half-assed graphical work as an excuse, showing they simply don't give a shit.
I'm trying to approach this with a "don't be sad it's over, be happy it happened" attitude, but it just fucking sucks. I'm glad for all the memories this franchise has given me, but I was hoping to take my bros for decades worth of adventures. I guess I can always play the old games, so I have that going for me.
