This will all take place in the final area with the racing Piplup. As soon as you exit the cave, to your left there will be a Braviary. Orb it.
Turn quickly to your right and look up at the cliff; hard to see, but there's a little Swinub up there. Orb it as well, do this as fast as possible and it'll leap up. If you did this correctly, Braviary will pick it up.
Now, turn towards your left again. On the icy hill, there are two Swinub. Orb them both to get them both to speed off towards the bathing Mamoswine.
If you did this correctly, Braviary should drop off Swinub atop Mamoswine's head, and the other two Swinub should be bathing on either side of him. Wake up Mamoswine to get him to tell you to fuck off for a great picture.
