It's pretty much usually a natural smell or perhaps accented with sweat or maybe scents from body products. The really horrible smells some people describe are not to my taste at all and I believe that such people are more interested in smell itself or its masochistic applications than it being just another aspect of feet.
Given that she wears boots, apparently without socks, and is probably active and in them long enough, it means her feet are going to have a stronger natural smell mixed with maybe sweat and the material her boots are made out of.
