OP- Zapdos, Jolteon, Rotom, and Thunderus are great with Volt Switch, off the top of my head. Zapdos gets defog too, I think.
Scizor rocks, I swept teams with him in D/P with Quick Attack. Don't like Scizor? Git gud.
