Addressing the retardation and doing nothing to remedy or fix it is just stupid, why the fuck aren't the substitute leaders notified or something is done in regards to it? There's no fucking excuse, even Rejuvenation despite fumbling it miserably tried coming up with an excuse as to why the league was such a fucking mess.
