I've seen actual, good discussion on /v/. Never on this board, at least never for that long. The whole discourse around the 3rd legendary in SV turned into shitposting, Clover turned into shitposting, etc. You can barely discuss anything without some genwarring autist leaping down your throat.
The problem is that this board has just nothing to talk about and exhausts subjects really quickly, so you get a bunch of bored autists trying to stir shit in every thread possible. On /v/ this happens too to an extent, but the wider variety of topics and faster board speed ensure it's nowhere near as bad.
