It should be played in doubles imho, with access to many, many utility moves and the best typing in the entire game, alongside decent bulk which pairs well with 9 resistances and 2 immunities, an ok ability, and of course gigaton hammer, this thing will be seen a lot in vgc. You'd need to be an idiot to not anticipate it
