I've ordered a USB save file dumper from Bennvenn and hopefully the cartridge will last a few more weeks. Once transfer is done I'll be confident enough to do a battery change.
I know Red/Blue/Green/Yellow mons aren't transferable but its the sentimental value. Still, I'd love to know the IVs of my old mates. My Scyther always seemed to hit really hard.
