So far in college I've been a literal friendless loser. I talk to high school friends every day over Skype, but it's not really a substitute for real-life interaction.
The one person that I have made friends with on campus, I made because of Pokemon X and Y, and I'm sincerely thankful for that. He's possibly starting a DnD meetup group, and I'm hoping that that opportunity can help me get out of my shell.
For now, most of my feeling of community comes from showderp and I'm ok with that.
