You don't. Unless they go balls on the walls and give every trainer EV trained, good natured pokemon and have some big level jumps in some later sections of game, Pokemon is never gonna be difficult. Yes U-Crozma is a thing, even it can be beaten with something as simple as Toxic and from that point just Revive/Heal spam.
Plus, Pokemon is, has and always will be a casual's/children's game. As long as GF will have this mentality (and I can assure you, they will considering how much they like to mock the older parts of there audience), Pokemon will forever be a easy game. And honestly I see no problem with that, I play the games just to have a good time, if I want to play a hard game, I'll just boot up Scarlet Devil or Cup Head and see how long I can resist the urge to pull my eyelids off.
