The Pokémon Communication Center (PCC or Pokecom) got removed from the English versions of Crystal, but you can visit an unfinished version anyway.
Use Dig inside a cave, pause the emulator while the player is spinning and insert and activate this code:

You should warp to a black area, go south and you will see an empty version of the PCC where no door or sign work. Activate a walk through walls code:

go south of the exit and you will reach the Administration Room of the PCC, with three Scientists and PCs you can talk to. Deactivate the WTW code and exit through the door, you will warp to Goldenrod.
