SO MUCH SHIT in BW arrives/evolves/gets good too late. I was honestly generous with some placements here. Oshawott gets to be as a high as it is because BW is one of the few games where Water types don't feel that plentiful. You really just pick up Darumaka and one of the Ground types before the third gym and cruise through the rest of the game with that and maybe eviolite Scraggy for a while.
