We have multiple sketches of other Pokemon from Area Zero and they match up with the actual designs just fine, here's a photo of Heath and Cyclizar, even if it's not taken ingame with the ingame engine or whatever, there are still no differences between theCyclizar here and the official design, only on the Paradox Pokemon (both Tusk AND Treads) does the discrepancy exist, lending credence to the idea that the photos are actually doctored in some way.
