For Draco Meteor spamming Dragons(the ones that don't care about burns and Intimidate), Tapu Fini's ability made them less mindless to use.
Dragons may have coverage to touch fairies, but Fairies still contributed SOMETHING. As of Gen 7, no Dragon is good for just being a Dragon alone(Flying STAB for Mence and Nite, Ground STAB for Chomp, Dark STAB for Hydreigon etc.) otherwise Haxorus would still be streamrolling the metagame.
