Needless to say, I won't be shopping at that location again. I've never had someone at a Gamestop try to scam me, but I usually receive terrible customer service. Another non-Pokemon related example:

>guy behind the counter asks for my ID
>friend I am with is clearly weirded out by that request
>being younger and more naive, I show him my ID
>"oh, you're not 18 yet, so you can't pre-order this game because it is rated M"

>the guy behind the counter replies: "well, yeah it is"

>return to the same location about a week later and preorder from a different clerk without any issues
