To prevent people from having shit all over the place, I'll try to provide an easily definable metric as far as I can
>HP
Your weight in lbs divided by 2.
-20 for chronic illnesses (asthma, etc.)
-50 for MAJOR chronic illnesses (frequent heart problems, etc.)
>Attack
Raw strength. 20 + 0.75x your max bench press. If you've never benched before, assume your attack is 20.
>Defense
Endurance. How many pullups can you do without stopping? Base defense 30, plus 6x your max pullups in a row. Not having muscles tire easily is not the same as being physically strong, that's why it's a measure of defense/endurance.
>Sp. Atk
Intelligence. Think academic performance + how quickly you're able to grasp new concepts and apply them. This is harder to objectively measure, so for example if you're a STEM major give yourself a decent score, even moreso if you are getting or received when you were still in college a high GPA. Average would be 80, very high would be 120, etc.
>Sp. Def
Your frame of mind, confidence, etc. Are you assertive? When something unexpected happens, are you able to stay calm and not get shaken up? Do you take emotional damage easily? Again hard to measure, so try to give yourself a fair score.
>Speed
1500 divided by your fastest sprint time for 100 meters. So if you can do it in 15 seconds your speed is 100.
