The longer you spend in the planning phase for your perfect story, the longer and harder it is for you to start your story. This isn't something like a mathematical equation where you need all the numbers and arguments 100% correct before you can solve it. The best thing to do is just write.
As long as you're getting content out, even if it isn't perfect, you have something to work with and something to help you - and others reading it - to improve your craft. Just write.
