Plus based off trends, these prices are only going to go up in time, so say theres a crash in a few months, it'll go back up and even beyond. Every time theres a spike the cards never go back to their previous lows.
Gengar 1st ed, example, is 150 bucks NM. You might find it for closer to 100. Say a crash happens, gengar could become 60-80 bucks. But in a years time after, it'll go back up to 100+. If there's another spike, which there always is, then it'll probably jump above 200.
And so on and so on.
