It also has a pseudo debug menu to change your mon's IVs/EVs/Hidden Power and such in the form of a key item, which for a romhack, is pretty nice
The only downside is you can only activate it at the start of the game, and when you beat the main game, it railroads you into the postgame story and locks you out of everything else to do postgame, and I think you're locked to difficulties above normal, though there's like 3-4 above normal iirc
